Description
We are rehoming our Australian Cattle Dog (aka Red Heeler). She was born August 13th, 2020 so she’s almost 7 months. She’s had all of her shots, has no fleas or worms, and just received her Rabies vaccination. The paperwork can be transferred. She’s not yet microchipped and has not yet been “fixed.”
She needs more time to run off-leash. We are now foster parents and we can’t get her to stop jumping and nipping. She loves our baby, but she gets excited and doesn’t pay attention to where she is, so she’s accidentally scratched her a few times.
She is kennel trained but loves snuggles so I’m sure she’d love to sleep with her human. We can send some food with her, a few toys, harness, a simple leash, food and water bowls as well as her bed (she will need a new one but this may help her transition). She’s still a puppy so she will need more consistent training. When we got her we didn’t know we’d have a baby placed with us so soon. She does well with sit. But, leave it, and drop it are not yet consistent. I need to be able to have a service pup when I go into schools and her temperament is more of a pet/outside of working dog.
Rehoming fee applies.
Please only inquire if you’re truly interested and able to give her the training she needs and lots of love. Her current name is Kallie.
