Job Description Route Service Merchandiser As a RSM you will perform daily activities of making assigned pick-ups and deliveries per established guidelines. Promotes a positive image to clients, teammates and the public in general. You will perform the daily activities as described below: Route Service Merchandiser 1) Drive a vehicle to deliver and pick-up materials/ supplies and properly secure before departure. 2) Stock supplies as needed. 3) Communicate appropriately with clients, teammates and the general public. 4) Ensures all deliveries are done in a timely manner. 5) Assist teammates with various other duties as requested by team leaders. 6) Reads, understands and complies with corporate policies, protocols and procedures i.e. a) Adheres to company code of grooming and dress code policies (appearing neat and clean at all times,shirts w/ sleeves only etc.) b) Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines. c) Keeps vehicles neat, clean and check fluids daily. d) Assist in training new RSM in job duties. 7) Communicates all problems immediately to the appropriate team leader. 8) Special Requirements: A) Ability to follow instructions. B) Ability to read & write English. C) Ability to read a map D) Maintain Valid Drivers License. (According to Corporate Vehicle Insurance compliance) E) Must be able to lift heavy objects.
