Founded in 1982, we have become a premier name in landscape maintenance and landscape design, and installation throughout central Ohio. Our office is in the City of Bexley, approximately 3 miles East of downtown Columbus. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible landscaping services by utilizing our comprehensive knowledge and strategies and delivering workmanship that consistently meets the industries’ highest standards. ***Pay range: $17.00-$23.00 Per Hour (based upon experience and performance)*** - Health Ins. - 401K with employer match - Profit sharing - Attendance Bonus (Bi-weekly) - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation - Uniforms - Year-round employment - Snowplow bonuses Job Requirements: • Minimum of 1-3 years of safe efficient mowing/trimming techniques on residential and commercial properties. • Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable with our insurance company. • Proficiency with the operation of walk behind/riding mowers to cut and remove grass clippings. • Proficiency with the operation of all power equipment used in the operations of landscape maintenance. • Proficiency with the operation of driving and backing a truck/trailer combination. • Must possess strong leadership, communication (both written and verbally) and organizational skills. • Maintain a professional image, attitude, and encourage teamwork among crew members by setting examples and adhering to all YB company policies and procedures.
