AURORA, IL — Two people from Texas were among five accused of committing voter fraud in DuPage County during the November 2020 election, according to the state's attorney's office. Darrick Kent, 43, and Amy Kent, 41, of Austin, Texas, each face a felony charge of perjury in election code, according to court records. They are accused of using an Aurora address in DuPage County to claim residency and illegally apply for mail-in ballots at the end of October.
