My name is Will from Diamond Investments Llc im raising capital at the moment reaching out to investors interested in funding, its pretty difficult for me and my team to get funding on this deal using a conventional loan from the banks, we are in the process on working on a deal to purchase restaurant bar and nightclub located on the south side of bethlehem which was once called "The Broadway Social" located next to major establishments like the Wind Creek casino and the Lehigh University College, We are in the process of raising Capital and meeting with other angel investors we look to raise 2.5 Million as 2million is needed to purchase the building and 500,000$ is needed to get the ball rolling and start operations.
