Hit and run! Black Toyota has major front-end damage

Has anyone seen a black Toyota with front bumper and missing grill/Toyota emblem missing? We've got the parts numbers to the fender, turn/running light and emblem that will help with identification. If the ones responsible come forward we may drop any charges, otherwise??? They hit our boys car out in front of the house on West st. at approximately 8:40 pm Thursday night, March 11, while they were driving on the wrong side of the road. Our 18 year old works hard and these people did a hit and run on his Kia Soul. Please, anyone with information contact us by emailing us or call the Niles police as they are investigating it currently. We really can't afford it but willing to pay at least a $100. reward for the apprehension and conviction, if necessary, of the ones responsible. After researching the parts numbers they left at the scene, we'll have more details on the year and model of the car, (and hopefully the ID of the owner), and will list them here.
