Weekly Garden/Landscape Maintainence

I am looking for someone to maintain the gardens/landscape at my property in Sarasota. This is more than just mowing the lawn! Candidates should have experience with local plants and understand how to maintain a complex landscape. You should be able to visit the gardens when you start, take photos and then simply maintain that general "state" of the garden with minimal oversight management. In other words, you should be able to self guide and prioritize the work that needs to be done each week/visit. You would be responsible to come once per week and spend one hour working on the following tasks as needed: - Weeding - Trimming/pruning - Mowing (typically every month or so in the winter, every other week in the summer) - Spot watering where necessary - Cleaning up of limbs/leaves/etc. - Maintain pond - Reporting any issues to the owner You will be paid $55 each week via Google Pay/Venmo/etc. when you send an invoice. Or, if you prefer you can invoice once a month for each week. All tools available if needed.
