Harrimans Solar is a family owned business which has been providing residential and commercial solar options in SW Florida for over 50 years. We are a well-established company looking for Solar technicians to join our team for the long term.
The right candidate will be a hard-working, ambitious individual with a strong work ethic.
If you are the right candidate, you will be cross trained for Solar Electric installations, Solar Pool Heating installations, Solar Water Heating Installations, and Service/Maintenance for each type of system.
-Experience in Solar preferred. Relative experience in electrical and plumbing is acceptable.
-Willing to train a committed individual with some knowledge of construction and power tools.
-We will provide work truck(s) for business use.
-Expect a full time work weeks (often times more)
-Compensation is based on experience.
The following criteria is a must:
-You must pass an initial drug test
-Good communication skills
-Have an acceptable driving record
-Able to work outdoors for extended amounts of time
-Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
-Willing to work as a team player
