Pool Service Route Manager - 5+ Years Pool Experience On-Time Pool Service in Sarasota has an opening for Route Manager. We have been in business since 2004 and have won local, state, and national awards. We service over 700 pools weekly and plan to grow 20% per year. Applicants should have strong knowledge of residential pool cleaning, water chemistry, and an understanding of pool equipment operation. This position has the opportunity for significant growth as the company grows. Route Manager Benefits Salaried position of $40,000 to $50,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. *6 Paid Holidays per year *Week of Christmas off paid *5 days Paid Time Off after 1 year *Company 401k with employer match available after 30 days *No overnight or weekend work *Company vehicles, gas, insurance, equipment, and uniforms provided with chemicals and supplies located on-site Requirements: *5 or more years of pool industry experience *1 or more years of supervisory experience *A positive attitude *Must be able to work and communicate well with team members and clients *Clean and valid Florida driver’s license *The ability to work independently, handle a variety of tasks, stay organized, be 100% dependable and accountable, and friendly *Careful attention to detail is necessary Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Motivating, training, and supervising Pool Technicians and the Assistant Route Manager *Counsels with team members regarding performance and conducts disciplinary action when necessary *Overseeing the Quality Control Plan and ensuring quality service *Interacting with clients on a regular basis *Serve as a knowledge base for our team of pool technicians and clients *Communicate effectively with clients, office and repair teams, and owner *The position does include covering a route periodically, green to cleans, troubleshooting equipment, and performing minor repairs
