Person needed with general contracting skills to join our small team maintaining rental properties in Marion, Ohio. Repairs include drywall, plumbing, and flooring among other things. Honesty, dependability, strong work ethic, and basic contracting skills required. Must have the following: A.) Drivers license B.) Vehicle C.) Basic contracting tools.
