Landscape Photography - 3 Part Workshop with Milton Heiberg Wednesday, April 21, 2021—7:00 p.m. –8:30 p.m. - Zoom Planning Session Saturday, April 24, 2021—9:00 a .m. –11:00 p.m. - Field Photography at Leu Gardens Wednesday, April 28, 2021—7:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., Zoom Show & Tell Critique Participants should own a DSLR or MSLR camera and a tripod. Upon registration, please email three of your favorite photos (any subject) to [email protected] for review at the first session. Wednesday, April 21, 2021 In addition to the normal rules of composition, we will discuss the relationship of forms within a frame and how to control them in camera. We will learn to create a scene that will invite the viewer into it and stay within it. Saturday, April 24, 2021 We will meet inside the entrance of the Leu Garden’s main building armed with cameras, tripods, and masks, then continue to locations within the gardens where we will demonstrate techniques outlined in class. Wednesday, April 28, 2021 Prior to this class, please select and email five photos from Saturday’s session to [email protected]. We will return to our ZOOM classroom for a show-and-tell session. Constructive critique sessions are probably the most valuable experiences for any photographer.
