I am looking for a serious Handyman and or General Contractor for a wide variety of fixes in a multiunit property in Rutland. -Upstairs unit needs to be updated with paint and trimming, possible odds in ends with cabinets and flooring. - Outside of house needs to painted possibly - some roofing fixes on porch and hole in upper roof - tear down old fencing, put up new - garage door fixing/ building - odds in ends in getting propery tenant ready.
