Great opportunity to join a fun team in a family-oriented work environment. Full time Maintenance Technician needed for luxury lofts in a landmark building in Downtown Rochester. Seasonal work from May-October. Must have reliable transportation, clean driver's license. Reports directly to Maintenance Manager for preventive maintenance, repairs, preparing apartments for move-in, and various assigned projects. Must have no restrictions for stairs, medium lifting, or ladders. Must work well alone and with others. Must possess willing, positive attitude. Must be energetic.
