Responsibilities: Lead installation teams through the complete construction process Read landscape plans, job planner, understand project goals and implement the construction plan Operates trucks, trailers and landscape equipment (skid loader and mini excavator) Knowledge and experience in block retaining walls, pavers (walkways, patios, driveways) Thoroughly understands grades and pitch and how to prepare sites Actively communicates expectations and goals to all team members to ensure quality expectations are being met and exceeded Foster excellence in customer service with effective communication and relationship building Have the flexibility to perform all other duties as assigned to help the team meet project deadlines Participates in helping build a productive, unified team of employees through excellent hiring practices, training, coaching and mentoring Requirements: A willingness to learn and to be always improving A great attitude The drive to advance professionally and personally Understands the spirit of the team and has the ability to work on behalf of the team as a whole Attention to detail The ability to work and think independently Ability to communicate well with customers in a polite and courteous manner Minimum of 3 years landscape experience, 1 year foreman experience Strong oral and written communication
