Handyman needed for repairs on new construction homes; majority of work will be warranty work and other odd jobs during the new construction process. Asset Development, Inc is a fast moving company: Build 10 – 14 new homes per year in the Kennebec area with the main office out of 65 River Road, Chelsea, Maine What we are looking for: • The knowledge, skills, and abilities to complete just about any repair on a home. • Active driver’s license with reliable transportation. • Flexible to deal with shifting priorities. • Own tools needed for general carpentry repairs. • Don’t mind utilizing emails on a regular basis for communication purposes. • Available to be on call for emergencies. • Organized.
