Hi, My name is Mike. I am offering free IT Support for anyone who has an elderly parent, neighbor or friend. I have been in IT for over 20 years and I am looking for ways to serve my community. I find it personally rewarding to help the elderly. So I am combining my experience with my desire to help. No strings attached. Let me know your need and I will let you know if and when I think I can help. It can be over the phone or via web conference. Some examples of how I can help: Setting up email on a new phone or new PC. Installing or using new applications. Training folks in how to use Zoom or Google Meet. Basic Troubleshooting, etc.
