The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 5 apartment communities in Fayetteville, North Carolina for Monarch Investment and Management Group. We are looking for 3 full time/year round positions that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.
