Apartment Maintenance Techs and Supervisors

Continental Management is seeking full time Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors for apartment communities located in the Detroit area. Responsibilities include completing service requests, unit turns and general property upkeep. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated with good customer service skills. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, minor carpentry, drywall and painting. Some on-call work may be required depending on the property. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Please email your resume for consideration. Responsibilities: -Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings -Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion -Order and replace broken parts or equipment -Complete turn of vacated apartments -Maintain a clean and a safe work space -Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: -Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields -Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment -Deadline and detail-oriented -Ability to handle physical workload We are a large, Michigan based property management company offering the potential for future growth and advancement in the area.
