We are seeking a positive, dependable and energetic individual who is ready to take on this dynamic role! Our full-time Housekeeper/Leasing Consultant position is perfect for someone who is looking to play a key role to ensure our vacant apartments are ready for move-in and to assist in filling vacant apartments with new residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean apartment community common areas
Clean and prepare vacant apartments
Occasionally work in the Leasing Office (on the job training provided)
Identify the needs of prospective residents to help them find their new home
Process rental applications
Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements/Skills:
Ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Flexible schedule with the ability to work rotating weekends
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
