I found this little guy on the road, near Bel Claire Estates, in Waite Park. Luckily, I did not hit him, though he seems to have some kind of injury in/around his eye. No tag, and unsure if he is chipped. If you think this is your dog or the dog of someone you know, please reach out to me.
