We are looking for a personal assistant intern ready to be a mogul. You will work & be mentored by a successful businessman in the entertainment industry. You will be working in an exciting environment. One is an event hall business, an event planning company and a health product. This is a part time internship that may turn into a full time position. Required Skills: • Organized and is a Quick Learner. • Professional in appearance and on the phone • Flexible work schedule • Reliable transportation • Fast learner, basic knowledge of app& computer softwares. • Excellent written and verbal & communication skills. Organized & Very detail oriented. • Experienced with use of all social media platforms. Willing to learn how to develop websites and e-commerce • Has the ability to multitask in a high energy environment under specific deadlines. No baby sitting. We need quick thinking leaders. Responsibilities: • Managing the organization while being the executor for the owner • Creating timelines, content & scheduling etc • Client scheduling, tours and follow up • Data entry and Email correspondence • Calendar and Task Management (Google Sheet etc) • Clean up, arranging venue. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use a dolly Our headquarters is located in West Midtown and Buckhead. Compensation options: 1) PART TIME You get paid $9hr part time OR 2) FULL TIME - Pocket money for transportation & food - Trained to bartend to make tips - Commission on sales - commission on sponsorships - Commission on vendors - Upsells on event planning **Important Note** Do not apply if you’re not focused, have relationship issues, don’t have reliable transportation, not ready to sacrifice to succeed!
