Perfect Opportunity for gig workers looking to make extra cash. Real Estate company is looking for property inspectors for the Macon area. Must Be Comfortable Working In 31204, 31206, 31201, 31217, 31220, 31211 Must have reliable transportation access to smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Must know how to upload files on dropbox/google drive. Job duties include but not limited to coordinating appointments to meet with owner/ property managers/tenants/Investors Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties. Evaluating properties for conditions including landscaping, exterior, paint, roof, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC's. Taking pictures and videos of properties and uploading files to dropbox or Google drive. Installing lockboxes on properties. Must be punctual and responsive at the job. Must have good customer service skills, be personable and friendly Job hours TBD $35 Per Property Inspection Plus $25 Per Additional Visit Payment via paypal after files are submitted Please tell me a bit about yourself and related experience
