Are you yearning for a day of growth and connection with like-minded women in a healthy environment?* Join us for Girl, Refreshed!, an intimate, one-day women’s retreat designed to empower more authenticity around purpose, career, relationships and wellbeing. Deepen clarity, dissolve blocks and create anew with insightful conversation, self-reflection and energy movement. Have fun and connect with yourself and others through practical exercises and group discussions. This one day women's retreat has been heavily discounted to accommodate all budgets during this challenging time. Our hope is to see many women enjoy the benefits of empowerment and well-being. Limited to 15 participants. *Social distancing, hand sanitizer, covid-mister, mask optional. Your wellbeing is a priority. We have a Covid-Clear mister removing all bacteria, germs and viruses form the air and surfaces. Everyone will be given plenty of space to feel comfortable and ready to enjoy this incredible retreat! Lunch Break: There will be a one-hour lunch break (12:30-1:30) with multiple restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. You can also pack a lunch. Parking: Free parking at the studio and in the parking lot across the street.
