Description: In this class you will learn to make a varietal of fresh sumptuous breakfast pastry items including a Morning Glory, this recipe was heralded years ago by Mark Furstenberg formerly of Marvelous Markets, where Chef Michael used to work as their Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, he pairs this incredible complex muffin made with carrots, nuts and raisins being similar to a carrot cake but even richer, and more supple, with Dean and Deluca's famous ensemble of three different cream scones including a Chocolate chip Nutella, a Blueberry, and a cinnamon orange raisin/cranraisin variety, next is a tasty Banana Walnut fruit bread loaf. As a compliment to this comprehensive class you will also see a demonstration on how to make an authentic fresh, French Lemon curd,as an accompaniment. An assortment of marmalades will be offered in addition to carry and go containers for you to be able to take home your offerings!
