Pisces New Moon Practice in the ParkHere is a map with the blue markers indicating where to park and where we practice. With each new moon, we are supported by the cosmos to reset aspects of our lives that their energies impact. While the Sun journeys through Pisces, we are encouraged to create space for the forthcoming Spring Season by allowing these watery energies to dissolve what we wish to release and let go. And while we undergo these transmutations, the Pisces New Moon elevates our consciousness to more easily access mystical states. Beyond our physical and logical selves, we are invited to dream and journey with our soul-selves. Our PracticeMindful Breath We will begin with a relaxing breath sequence for centering ourselves and connecting with the earth, our bodies, and our soul-selves. Yoga set We can connect with the etheric Pisces energies through our energetic body. So our yoga set will focus on our subtle energy systems, cleansing our chakras and our electromagnetic field, our aura. This practice is great for beginners too! Meditation This unique breath meditation strengthens our inner voice helping us to hear what is really true for us. Crystal Singing Bowls Savasana During this deeply relaxing sound healing bath, lie down upon the earth, get cozy with a blanket and pillow, and enter a glorious dream state. What To Bring Pack yoga mat, mask, water, and blankets, and pillows for comfort, especially so you can completely be cozy, lying down during Savasana. Please note there are limited tickets for this event in order to maintain space for social distancing.
