The Youth Employment Project (YEP) is an initiative to promote employment opportunities for teens and young adults.
The Youth Employment Project (YEP) Essential Skills Workshop provides valuable information on resume creation, job search, preparing for interviews, as well as education in soft skills, customer service, and money management. The workshop is for those students between the ages of 14-21. All participants who complete the workshop will receive an Essential Skills Certificate, certifying they are job ready. *All participants MUST be registered for the Youth Employment Project to receive their certificate. If you have already received your certificate in the past, participated in The Way to Work, or Job Prep Programs, you do not need to attend this workshop.
All participants are required to wear a mask and maintain a six foot distance while in the workshop. Lunch and drinks will be provided by the Youth Employment Project team.
