Join us for a wellness session that combines two powerful healing modalities - reiki and sound meditation. https://whitelightsounds.com/schedule During this group session, a Reiki practitioner will use channeled light energy to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. This healing will be boosted by a high vibrational sound bath that provides the space and sounds for relaxation and rejuvenation. This is our 60 minute signature event and a reservation is required as space is limited. Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask. **Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.**
