Join us for a free 45-minute outdoor workout for Mental Health Month in the Ville 2021! Bring a mat, water and mask. We will bring the energy, music and sweat!
Class will be led by a certified Instructor and all fitness levels are welcome. We will work out entire body and mind with a warm-up, cardio, strength training and cool down.
