Looking for Candidates that are available late nights up until 3am and weekends. Good customer service is a must. Runners are the heartbeat of our operation. They are responsible for running, assembling and processing orders, conducting routine facility checks and maintenance, and basic tech troubleshooting. Runners ensure that our operators have a great experience and run a profitable business and that our food delivery partners are able to provide meals to the end consumer quickly and efficiently. During peak hours, there may be multiple runners and/or handoff staff so the ability to work in a team setting is key! * This is an hourly role. * * Key tasks include Processing orders: Running orders from kitchen ready racks or virtual brand shelves to processing center Identify and obtain a prepared order or virtual brand product Identify the right delivery driver for each order Assemble facility brand orders Facility checks and cleaning: Refrigeration temperatures Restroom, trash rooms, walk-in, all common areas checks, maintenance and cleaning Compliance checks Technology troubleshooting Bump & 86 (remove from menu) an order Submit a tech support ticket Troubleshoot and report minor processing center and kitchen issues Answering phone calls Escalate orders sitting on shelves for >30 min to the appropriate channels Report partial orders that were handed off to Shift Lead (for reimbursements)
