Need someone to put in Laminate flooring for mobile home, raised wood sub floor may need some repair/replacement. Must have experience. Job will entail removing carpet and padding, repairing/replacing sub flooring and vapor barrier, you will have to be able to crawl under mobile home (about 2 feet of space) to make repairs and put in vapor barrier, then put in laminate flooring. This will take two guys, you must have experience. There is large furniture in the home that needs to be moved around as we are working on flooring. This job will be paid by the whole job, payment will be made as work is completed( tear out, vapor barrier replacement under mobile home, repair of sub floor if and where needed, putting in laminate flooring with base boards, hauling away debris).
