Pool Bright Pool Service is looking to add another member to Sacramento’s best team of pool service professionals and wants you. If you think you have what it takes to keep the cleanest pools and provide the best service, please send a resume or email showing experience with pools and customer service. You must have a clean driving record, so a DMV printout will be required for hiring. I like to interview almost immediately and make hiring decisions almost as fast. So be ready to schedule your interview and have a potential start-date in mind. Previous pool service experience is highly desired. Because we only hire the best, we offer some of the best compensation packages, including a starting wage of $20, as well as paid vacation and numerous performance bonuses. We will provide a company vehicle for your use. I also believe that building the best team requires time, so I only want to hire someone looking for long-term employment with a growing company. We work independently so you must be trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking. Commissions may be paid for any employee who can handle heavier route loads, however your hours are as long as it takes to finish the route.
