We need someone able to stop by our three-story building near Clark & Rogers twice a month to do basic cleaning of these areas: - one front stairwell (wood stairs, wood landings, no carpet) - two front stairwell windows - one front entry (walk way to front door, foyer) - one rear stairwell (wood stairs, wood landings) - laundry room - clean up any trash/recycling around bins Mostly it is sweeping and wet Swiffer, with light dusting, and occasionally picking up junk mail or odd items. Unfortunately, we have a very small budget for this. This is perfect for someone in the area, but likely not profitable enough for someone with a long travel time. We expect this to be 1-2 hours per visit, just 2 visits per month. Please let me know your hourly rate or a fixed rate for this service. Thank you!
