Because how dare "the poors" get anything... wasting capital they could be lining their pockets with! But because of the Democrats who voted for it the stock market is up. Business knows this will get our economy back on track. Republicans know it too. that's why they voted against it. they want the economy to crash, they want American people to suffer...they want us to blame President Biden for it. it's what they did to Pres Obama -and US- during the last Great Recession. they voted against everything
