A job where you can learn a valuable skill that’s in high demand? We are desiring to hire someone to train into the position of a lawn spray technician. You don’t have to have any experience. We will train you! You will learn to identify various types of grasses, pests, diseases and weeds. You will also learn a lot about irrigation systems and techniques to keep lawns healthy. You must like working outside in 90 degree weather, have a clean driving record for the past 7 years and be drug free (you will be drug tested). The position starts at $12.00 per hr, plus the opportunity for commission and bonuses, guaranteed 40 hours per week and time and a half for any hours over 40. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:00-3:00 with little to no weekend work, 12 months a year. It includes 6 paid holidays a year plus one paid personal day per month. You get to work in a friendly, family owned business with family values. This position has the potential for a $40k income. We are a rapidly growing company so there is plenty of room for advancement! You can also gain the required experience to obtain state licensing as a pest control operator. This is a highly valuable license. Even without a license, the skills you will learn of diagnosing and treating lawns is in high demand.
