We are back with our live cooking demos! Join our Nourish UNH peer educators in the Demonstration Kitchen at the Hamel Recreation Center at UNH. Come and learn how healthy can be tasty, budget-friendly, and easy to prepare. Samples will be offered "to-go." Open to UNH students only!  All COVID precautions will be taken - Wildcat passes will be checked upon entering the Hamel Recreation Center.
