BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION • $41,000 – $56,000 annually • $500 signing bonus paid after 90 days of employment • One week paid vacation days • Paid Holidays • Semi – annual Bonus Structure • Paid weekly • Year-round employment • Career advancement opportunities • Support and training for industry certifications • Field tablet provided • A fully equipped vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES • Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation • Perform residential and commercial system audits and assessments • Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding • Install high-tech smart irrigation controllers and sensors • New system installations, and extensions • Activating and Winterizing irrigation systems • Inspecting and loading equipment for the day’s work. • Driving to the client’s location. • Reviewing the clients irrigation needs. • Digging trenches and installing pipes and lines. • Testing the irrigation system • Conducting routine maintenance checks. • Completing progress reports and associated paperwork. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve irrigation problems for clients • Perform thorough wet checks of irrigation systems to ensure the working condition and coverage of all zones and sprinkler heads • Install and maintain clocks, timers, and rain sensors • Tracking electrical components/troubleshooting • Install zone valves, electrical valves, and manifolds • Complete 2-3 service calls per day • Keep a clean and organized truck • Keep an accurate inventory of irrigation supply • Ability to train others on company standards and practices QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required • Must be at least 21 years of age to apply • Driver’s license • Results-oriented and motivation to earn production bonuses • Able to work occasional overtime and Saturdays, during high season • Background check • Ability to adapt to change • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus • Irrigators License is a plus ** To apply, please send an email to [email protected] or Text 214-617-8385, if you call, please leave a voicemail with your name, how many years of experience you have, and a good call back number **
