Recently we were able to rescue a male rat from someone in town, but underestimated the amount of care he needs. As far as I can tell, he has bumble foot on both of his back legs, barely eating, and his teeth are bright white. We are not asking for a fee, but instead guaranteed immediate vet care. We are not located in Spokane, but can meet there.
