Maintenance Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Develop, Implement and track a Preventative Maintenance Program for Restaurants, HVAC, conveyor ovens, refridgeration, hot and cold equipment. • Warranty and Asset Tracking. • Electrical- perform routine electrical repairs such as wiring, repair/install/service Drop-in LED Lights • Plumbing- perform routine plumbing repairs such as repair/service water heaters, clear drain lines, replace broken pipes or faucets- and toilet floats. • Carpentry- perform routine repairs such as kitchen FRP, drop-in ceilings, window glass, door locks, ceramic/quarry tile, and drywall. • Mechanical- perform routine mechanical repair such as cleaning coils, changing filters. • Inventory- identifying, cataloging, and procuring necessary parts and materials. • Other tasks such as interior and exterior painting, floor tile, and base. Compensation: Based on skills and experience Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and on-call to respond to emergencies. Full-time position including insurance and matching 401 k. Company Car or Mileage Physical Demands and Work Conditions: Must operate hand, power tools, and equipment. Routine physical activity may involve prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, crouching, stooping, and lying prone. The employee must occasionally push, pull, and lift objects to and over 50 pounds. The employee works indoors and outdoors and is at times exposed to the weather.
