Must have relevant education and experience, and be familar with navigating the residential service system and licensing requirements for providers. Long term commitment and dedication to facilitating the optimum quality of life and care for individuals served as though they were family is the highest priority. Essential traits in the right person are open-heartedness, patience, positivity, humor, creativity, keen insight, kindness, professionalism, and the ability to be extremely well organized and to coordinate all aspects of running the home with great attention to detail.
