need help in putting in flourscent bulbs

i live near casino. Need to have someone put four eight foot flourscent light bulbs in the ceiling. the hight is 10 feet i have a 5 foot ladder. So you might need a taller one. Let me know your price. i have the bulbs. this is in a storage area. I do not need a licensed electrician, a handyman will do. the fixtire does not have a cover. Simply replace the bulbs
