Found dog!!!

Found this dog in my front yard this morning. He is not fixed he is short. He is super sweet and a good listener. Have him on a tie out now in my front yard he has been fed and watered. I've been calling him puppa. He seems well taken care of. I didn't want him to get hit by a car because we live close to the hwy. Call or text for more info. If your claiming to be his owner I will be asking you to describe certain scars he has and seeing if you know the location of said scars or marks. I am not gullible he will not go to just anyone...
