Hello, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good hairdresser in the Oshkosh area. Looking for someone who can cut women's hair. If you are a good hairdresser or know of someone who can provide a great haircut, please let me know. Please include the recommended stylists name and what salon they are at when responding.
