Suspects posing as agents obtained her credit card information to fix a problem on her computer on 3/6/2021. It is believed the suspects created the problem and then tried charging $199.99 to correct it. The suspects obtained her bank information, but the bank flagged the transaction. 03/08/202115:04 INCIDENT 21001538 SHOPLIFTING $250+ BY CONCEALING MDSE C266 S30A JFK ST Cambridge Police responded to investigate a report of a shoplifting. 03/08/202115:56 INCIDENT 21001539 A&B ON AMBULANCE PERSONNEL C265 S13I CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police responded to a local hospital for a past assault and battery. 03/08/202116:10 INCIDENT 21001542 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10 CONCORD AVE Cambridge Police arrested Alexsandro Cassiano, 28, 30 Church Street in Everett, for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Texting While Driving after a motor vehicle stop was conducted on Garden Street in Cambridge. After initiating the traffic stop, it was discovered the Operator had multiple prior charges for Operating Without a License. 03/08/202116:19 INCIDENT 21001540 TRESPASS C266 S120 GREEN ST Jesse Swartz, 47, 11 Green Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for trespassing after refusing to leave a local homeless shelter after he was informed by staff that he is no longer welcome there due to his belligerent behavior towards staff. 03/08/202117:34 INCIDENT 21001543 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J LAMBERT ST Cambridge Police summonsed a resident of Cambridge for revoked insurance after receiving a check parking complaint. It was determined that his vehicle was parked on a public way and its registration was revoked due not having insurance. 03/08/202119:04 INCIDENT 21001544 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION C266 S30A MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a Harvard Square business to investigate a report of a larceny. 03/08/202120:13 INCIDENT 21001547 LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90 S23 MASSACHUSETTS AVE As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent motor vehicle inventory search, Donyell Skinner, 43, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was taken into custody for Operating a Motor Vehicle after License Suspension along with being issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation for Drinking from an Open Container of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, License not in Possession, and Registration not in Possession. 03/08/202122:42 INCIDENT 21001548 A&B C265 S13A MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to the Central Square Reporting Substation for a past assault.
