Everyone knows that exercise is not just good for you, but also healthy and beneficial. At BARBELL FITNESS, we’ll help you find a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals. Whether you want to work your core and build up a foundation, get stronger or into power training, or just prepare for a POWER test and pass it.
Coaches specialize in powerlifting and competition training, basic strength training, advanced lifting strategies, proper form and technique evaluation, pre and/or post physical therapy style exercises you can do outside of here, postural corrections, education on human anatomy and physiology, tricks on living a better and healthier life, as well as other minor preventative maintenance type exercises you can use every day or teach others to help relieve stiffness, pain, weakness, imbalance, or lack of control over feeling like you're stuck and can't seem to reach your goals.
We're working hard to NOT be a typical gym like your major chains. The founders hold strong beliefs in teaching proper form, technique, adaptation, progression, and always striving to better yourself - no matter your age! We welcome everyone and believe that anyone can benefit from a strength program. A strong body is a healthy body.

Minimum 3-month commitment required (paid in full or monthly). We see results almost immediately but you see results in yourself around the 10th week. All sessions are fully catered to YOU and last up to 60 minutes in length. Personal, one on one strength coaching, teaching, and changing everyday life. You're not paying us to train you. You're investing in yourself and your own health. For today, tomorrow, and the future.
