As a way to give back to the community, I am offering free weekly online meditation sessions to those with a desire to learn. I am a certified meditation teacher trained in Ancient Indian Meditation techniques. Classes will be held via zoom & are currently 1 on 1. Some benefits of meditation are: -Promotes emotional health and well-being. -Increases attention by inducing a state of flow. -Reduces stress -Lowers blood pressure -Can reduce pain -Can reduce diseases And much more!
