This beautifully crafted, 4 course dinner prepared by Chef Sam, will highlight locally fresh produce grown just outside of Raleigh from Wards. These Spring flavors will dance eloquently with wines from around the world. Sommelier, Matt Weiss, will guide us through the wines and why they were selected for each course.
