Two busy parents based in Tarzana looking for a nanny/babysitter for three energetic kids aged 3, 6 and 8. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 8:30pm. Weekend work hours available too if you're open to it! MUST have reliable car and clean driving record. Need someone to start end of March, $22-$24 per hour DOE. Details: • Pick up three kids from three different schools • Drive to activities and playdates • Pack lunches • Prepare dinner as needed • Help with bath time and bedtime routine nightly • Assist kids with homework and ensure kids are organized for the following day • Ensure kids' rooms and play area and kept neat and tidy • Make sure kids are productive with their time • From time to time, may be asked to run an errand but overall it’s mainly ensuring that the kids have what they need Requirements: • Must speak English, any additional language(s) a plus • Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred • Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages • Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage children • Multitasking skills • A pleasant and patient personality • Availability to work from 3:00pm to 8:00am Monday through Friday • Weekend work available too if you want more hours • Possible vacations with the family • A clean driving record and your own vehicle • High school diploma; further training in child development is a plus • First aid certification is a plus • Verifiable references
