Description
It is well known that the current hiring processes encourages little lies on resumes and false answers on questionnaires. The book would be ideas about industries treating their employees less like "human resources" by the HR department and take on a role about being more caring about their development and seeing the potential of their employees far more than seems to be done currently.
The book would also encourage lowering the burdens on the resume process, recommend removing references for part time and low pay jobs, focus on providing more education and advancement opportunities for those inside the company, etc. So many companies are looking for their perfect/ or close to ideal employee instead of developing the talent that is sent their way.
If you'll like to help to write it because it couldn't be written well by me alone at this time.
