Country Village Care has a maintenance position open at our Assisted Living facilities in Chico. The right person for this job will have knowledge of garden equipment and maintenance tools as well as experience in areas of maintenance, basic home repairs, and basic plumbing. This position is full-time with a consistent schedule expected. Primary duties include: Perform repair and / or maintenance duties including plumbing Be available to move furniture and equipment as needed. Be available to paint as needed. Preventative Maintenance Clean carpets on a weekly basis Check physical house for preventative repairs Check air conditioning / heating filters for cleaning or replacement Garage must be kept organized, clean and safe Maintain grounds so that the grounds are safe for residents, staff and visitors as well as neat Pay: From $15.00 per hour Must pass background check and drug screen Please call 342-7002 for a potential interview appointment or come pick up an application at our facility - emails will not be read
