Looking for a Property Maintenance Technician in Orange county. This position will offer around 20 to 30 hours per week. DUTIES: - Getting homes/apartments rent ready - Completing work orders - Plumbing - Basic carpentry - Drywall patch and repair - Painting - Light electrical - Cover driving area of Costa Mesa, Santa Ana and Long Beach MUST HAVES: - 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician - Proficient in Plumbing - Strong customer facing skills & experience - Reliable vehicle JOB DETAILS: - Rate : $20 p/h - Part time: 20 to 30 hours per week - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses covered
